I heard that cassia or Saigon Cinnamon isn't true cinnamon. It has a toxic element in it and you shouldn't drink that much of it. I also heard that it is the one that helps with blood sugar. So I'm wondering if this would be a problem to use everyday? Or should we be using Ceylon cinnamon?

Boil 2 cups water Add 1 tbsp Fennel seeds, 1/2 inch Ginger, 1/2 inch Turmeric, ground Cinnamon or 2 small pieces. Keep boiling for 2-3 minutes. Boil on a low flame. Turn off gas and add green tea. Let is sit 3-4 minutes. Filter it and Add 1 tbsp Apple Cider vinegar drink in the morning empty stomach.
