I like these compilation videos, cos they make it easier to find a variety of recipes that have something in common. Like this one, for example. I can't count the number of nights I've spent searching for recipes centered around ground beef. Having a bunch in one place is very convenient.

On the Swedish meatballs recipe try moistening the breadcrumbs with milk. Add enough to make them a thick paste consistency in addition to the rest of the ingredients and your meatballs will be very moist, tender and delicious. Also, this one doesn't but real Swedish meatball recipes always have a dash of nutmeg to taste added to the cream gravy. It doesn't take a lot and you won't be sorry! Signed, Meatball Obsessed Swede

The first recipe is fr SO GOOD. Heres a tip tho, if you dont have beef broth use water and dont drain all of the grease(just a lil). Add the water slowly at a time by each cup and let it simmer that way.

Instead of milk add on or two eggs to the smashed potatoes, when they're really hot still from cooking them, so the heat can cook the eggs, and mash them with all the other ingredients as fast as you can you the egg will mix, it's delicious

I tried the Swedish Meatball Pasta. As the milk and broth came to a boil the milk separated and congealed and the meal, the £5 of meat that had gone in to it and the 40 mins of my time went down the drain. This is the 3rd and last Tasty recipe for me. None of them have been good. Now, every single Food Wishes recipe I've followed has been fantastic.

I gotta wonder how many new cooks probably used 'uncooked' rice rather than 'cooked' in their bell peppers recipe and had theirs turn out extra crispy. You should use al dente rice in dishes like that because they really don't have enough moisture to hydrate the rice on its own.
