I live in France in a big city in the south of France, I have no skills in relation to the vision of the moon, and there is no serious Islamic observatory that deals with this in my region. On the internet I find "Islamic" calendars but which determine in advance the number of days in the months to come, which is not serious. According to you what Can i do to determine the beginning of the new moon in order to begin the first juzz? Second question please, do you think it is possible to read a juzz as defined in your book at different times of the day while making sure to finish an entire surah at each reading? BarakAllahoufik

For those women who are menstruating and would like to recite the Quran every month, you can read the Quran on smartphones,which I do even during my menses , but everytime you do decide to recite from smartphone during menses i do full wudu and makemyself clean( i do not want to go in detail, but women should now what what i mean by that )

I have a question. What date is that? I would like to respect you, but that goes both ways, as am sure you know very well. I`m Serb, so if i go online in front of the entire word and start only talking in Serbian calendar, that would not be respect. World standards are there for a reason. And i know you are old enough and mentally mature enough to be aware of them. Just as you talk in English language and translate verses/surah from Qur`an. The Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) would not sleep unless he had completed reciting his Juz of the Qur'an for the day. The best time to recite is at the time of Fajr. If possible, try to complete your Juz before you sleep.

What is interesting about the Balkan Slavs, where the Arabs have a letter the Slavs have I Ilya/Aliya. So let's say it is translated that Jesus on the cross said in Slavic Ili Ili so many were confused why he called Iiyah, because most of them all say Eli or Allah .
