I am addicted to “not exercising” .. i know it’s healthy .. I know it’s required… still just do not want to do it !! 😢and talk myself out of it !! 😟

Sir is this technique applicable to stop the habit of eating junk food? If yes then what to do to stop the craving of junk food.

Yes you can do it . This message is conveyed in the book the power of habit by charles . You have to replace eating junk food with something else. For example if you feel like eating junk food you have to eat an apple or any fruits something like that. Over a period of time you will forget eating junk food

What I do is to replace it with another healthy food which I like to eat and make it easily available and convenient to grab. Eg my favourite is dried figs. They are sweet, chewy and crunchy inside. Whenever I crave for something sweet and chewy, I grab my dried figs on the table which will leave me satisfied. Bring your healthy snack close to you wherever you are.

Try studying for 10 mins then another 10 mins then another 10 mins until you are addicted

I'll you give a hilarious suggestion. Keep going. you will end up broke. then you need money you start doing work to live. they you may get changed. or imagine the above lines then you simply start to stop doing things that don't contribute to earn money you will end up with just studying.

💯 Whenever you feel the urges go outside and start jogging until you feel exhausted then go back home take a shower and start working on goal.😊
