Can you refer me to a brand or A? Type There are so many different kinds and I don't know which kind to take and what time of day to take it? I do have one here that has a mixture of all kinds of vitamins and coq10, and all that good stuff i have a lot of nausea going on for years now. So I tried to take my medicine, not at bedtime, because when I lay down, it gets me sick and I did take this medicine one night earlier and it made me very relaxed. And tired before I wanted to be tired, so i'm kind of curious disney says it gives you energy, but mine made me very tired

Thank you for shedding light on magnesium's pivotal role in heart health! 🌟 [3:20] The explanation of magnesium's role in maintaining a steady heartbeat and preventing arrhythmia was incredibly insightful. [5:10] I appreciate the emphasis on its anti-inflammatory properties and ability to reduce arterial stiffness-key for long-term cardiovascular health. [8:45] The breakdown of supplement types and how to choose the right one was especially helpful. Question: Could you elaborate on combining magnesium-rich foods with other nutrients for maximum absorption and heart benefits

It's so overlooked, if you get leg cramps when sleeping then that's likely a warning that your mg levels are low. 10 years ago I discovered that pumpkin seeds are a great source of mg so I started having a handful everyday. My doctor said I have a fantastic resting heart rate, and the BP of a person in their early 20s. I'm 60. Get the mg into you!

I wish I had known this years ago, now I have all kinds of heart problems and am on at least 10 medications. None of the doctors I have seen never mentioned looking for a magnesium level. I had A-fi b so bad that the heart rate woykdnt stay at one number long enough to get a reading. The cardiologist they sent me to said "You know you are at risk for having a stroke or heart attack at any moment. Get your affairs in order becayse the procedure we are going to do is a high risk operatuon." They were going to do the Watchman procedure. I got all ready to go and heard nothing from the doctor. That was when the pandemic hit and the hospital said they were doing emergency surgery only. Now, I have 5 heart stents, have been hospitalized for heart failure and had to go by helicopter to a hospital 60 miles away to have a pacemaker/defibulator surgery. Now I feel bad from all the medications. My blood pressure 8s hoveringbetween 200 to 208 on the top number.

I was put on magnesium 22 years ago along with b12 shots then b12 sublingual and high doses of vit d3 due to lupus and a heart attacks, prior stroke and continual angina. Many magnesiums are laxatives. I go to the health store and got a bottle o the proper one ,vegan though, and paid 60 dollars canadian including the tax. I never even got to take them as they were taken from me. My angina has been so bad. Instead of using my nitro spray a handful of times a year im using it that much a week. My nerve issues are worse. My 1st neurologist said i had ms along with my lupus and i had multiple nerve conduction tests when they actually put the prongs tight inside your limbs and zapped your nerves. Im on topiramate for the nerve issues but was close to quitting it again. I quit gabapentin. Im upset that being so poor i cant afford food my necessary nerve and heart magnesium was taken. You cant buy that one in regular stores or pharmacies and im suffering. People who dont have medical problems or deficiencies shouldn't take any vitamins or minerals. They can be toxic to kidneys or liver.
