1 Week Foraging Food from the Ocean

We spend a week foraging for food in the ocean along the South Coast of NSW, Australia. Dan and my trip continues but this time we are focused on catching lobster and abalone. We forage for them in Jervis Bay, Montague Island and Mystery Bay.
I much prefer the taste of all the sea foods that can be foraged as opposed to speared, netted or caught on a line and having so much time to search for them was such a treat!

Loving all the videos... I've been looking for that ambient sound music... sounds like Nils Frahm ...I also heard it in pro boxer's training video... does anyone know the name? I think it might be stock music... Much love

Adam Freediver Thank you!! I've pretty much been in the water since my comment :) And already enamoured by the long fins! We also went out on a boat on my birthday and saw a huge sunfish swim right up at the surface, it turned on its side and then disappeared again… just amazing. Naturally wanted to jump in immediately but apparently I'm getting ahead of things! I’m in the Granada province in Spain. Have you dived here? It’s all protected as part of the Cerro Gordo national park, so beautiful. It's definitely a whole new chapter! And I'm so grateful for your channel!

Another great video! If people have a speargun handy and they want to mark something on the ocean floor like a hole in surging conditions just shoot to the side of it into the sand, get air and go back down and the speargun should be easy to find floating up.

I have seen this video about a man (a cult) who exhale half his breath - after repetetively breathing well - and went down for his fishing, in the video the commentator said that he lasted for 4+ minutes and got up to the surface after fishing even though he could have lasted longer, but he don't like to show off.. do you think that this technique might cause a black out anytime?
