Me too following the same methods... i reduced 78 to 70 with in 1.5 months... 6000 steps walking every day morning 5 am... 4 litter of drinking watering everyday. Simple workouts for 30 mins. 8 hr sleeping. Reduse carbohydrates foods.. had vegetables in every meals... but its not a big task ... easy ah weight loss panneten...
