How often did you practice man? Everyday, every other day, once a week?

It was around 5 days a week, 15-20 minutes specifically dedicated to planche along with normal calisthenics routine of about an hour or more..

@@raskal5988 it is impossible for me. I was working out 4-5 times a week and my shoulder's joints started to fall apart. I stopted everything for 3 weeks cuz of the pain even in push ups. 2 times a week shoud be enough

@@L1cktySplit if you couldn't do workout for 2-3 weeks then i don't think it was soreness from exercise.. Maybe you should consider warming up thoroughly before exercise and increase your shoulder mobility

Nice work bro. I could do a planche about ten Yr ago and I'm building the strength to do again. Youve got the strength. I think its more balance. Try some planche leans and lean further . Great stuff tho . U not far off now.

It's a goal I may never reach. Having a great workouts trying. I am 56 and 4 years ago shattered my hip and pelvis I do pretty good also broke my shoulder so it's tuff but I keep training. Never give people being fit will save your life I am living example

Really great progress, that really motivate me to pursue my planche journey ! Also i was wondering if you had any pain in the forearm during your progression especially the perioste. If so, how did you manage to overcome this ?

Yeah i had wrist pain in the starting, so i started spending extra time for warming up my wrists and forearm.. And i also included a 10 min session especially dedicated to wrists mobility and strength..

Before planche: Pushups - 30 Pull ups - 14 Muscle ups- 5 (straight legs kipping) handstand was weak And after planche: Puhsups- 50+ Pullups- 30 Muscle ups- 12 clean Unlocked Handstand pushups - 10 reps pr

@@jo_raid4436 actually i could already do frog stand and 2-4 sec. Of handstand so that could explain it... About advices i'd say Work on wrist and shoulder mobility And do dynamic drills rather than focusing only on statics.. You can try frog stand to tuck L sit to tuck Also you can use bands to help yourself with the progress

You're not quite there yet but you've come really far. Use more bands and put them around your waist and hold straddle and full just like that

I'm trying to do these progressions everyday but my arms are getting weaker everyday, you would think that the more I train, the stronger I get, but no. My arms are getting weaker, shoulders and everything. I don't know what should I do. Have I overtrained? Should I rest? If so, then how long should I rest?

Listen to your body, if you think you are having pain in your arms and shoulders then take rest on that day... And improve your diet if you think you're getting weak.. You have probably overtrained and your body isn't taking any more stress So you might consider taking rest for a day or two

-You should work on your planche leans a little more -Try to lean more forward -Work on your scapula positioning..keep it protracted and depressed -use bands (that might help create balance)

Well, back when i started I had already learnt muscle up, i could do a considerable amount of pushups and i was a bit into handstand too.. Btw if you're looking to get started then make your push game strong , Work on your wrists and shoulders, And you can start by learning frog stand and then eventually move towards tuck planche and keep progressing Also make your handstand solid it'll help you a lot.

For handstand and muscle up i've already uploaded basic tutorials You can check them out As for planche: -Start with planche leans( try to lean more forward with every passage of month) -try to go from frog to tuck - and then tuck to advanced tuck etc..(do dynamic drills along with static exercises). Other tips for skill development: -Every exercise you do start doing it in a slow manner(push ups, pullups etc..) -Add weights in your bodyweight exercises. -Work on your core and straight arm strength Goodluck ;)

I started with tuck planche and then gradually advanced here.. And i did holds as well as dynamics For e.g. there were exercises like tuck planche to L-sit, Advanced tuck to tuck planche, frog hold to tuck planche, handstand to tuck..etc

Well not really my diet was rather very flexible But i did care about not eating too much fast food and tried to eat healthy fats.. Not a very strict diet

I practiced for handstand pushups, frontlever, hspu variations like tiger bend ,90° and human flag pullups(can't do yet):(

@@basedcel186 i just trained them for skills and kept doing my daily routine of pullups and muscleups.. My pullups went from 18 to 27 in this time period And muscle ups from kipping 10 to straight legs 12 Ig that worked for my aesthetics
