I have a timesavers 137, its 20hp and heavy, I love it doesnt have all the finickyness that one has I used someone else's that had that sander and it had all the same finicky things that you described

I can't use a drum sander anymore, this thing spoiled me.

I actually didn't know TimeSavers were made here in MN, that's kinda cool. Sweet machine, and definitely a dream to have one, but space being what it is, I'll have to stick to my SuperMax 16-32. Congrats on a sweet machine though. I was just running some 30" slabs through my sander a couple weeks ago wishing I had a timesaver instead lol

This thing rips! No need to support it very much on either end and slams through materials with 80grit papers. I went to the factory and got to see all the cool machines, worth a visit
