Mate you`re such an inspiration for me! I`ve been doing calisthenics for 3 years now but your instagram and also this video has given me such an immense motivation push that I’m now more than hyped to get the one arme handstand and all that crazy stuff in 2019! Keep up the good work mate. Also I’d love to see more stuff of your workouts on youtube as well haha

This is impressive! Great job! Quick question mate: I only have around 2 hours to spare for training, what would you say I should focus more when training for balance?

Height/weight? Were you starting from scratch or had you any kind of prior sport/strength training?
@Harryowilliams_6 жыл бұрын
Davide Coldebella I’m 78kg and 183cm. I started following Ido 3 years ago but only officially under his online program 1 year ago. When I first got into “Movement” I had no chip up and couldn’t touch my toes. My background before that was taking drugs and skateboarding haha

That mobility progression is Amazing never saw that in one year

great skills to have achieved but doesn't mean much in terms of progress under Ido unless you posted where you were at when starting with him?

i was not as strong as this. there are plenty of examples of before and afters out there of people following the ido portal method. this is simply a demo of what i can do, not an advert
@nikitaw19825 жыл бұрын
Well it is an advert of his method and how it's worked for u. Question is were u a gymnast nut in school lost ur way then came back, in which case its not an honest title.

Nikita. Just read the questions and answers that have been posted before. I don't understand why people ask without scanning the comment section to see if your question has been answered before. Anyway, that is a tip for the future.

Hey, I was wondering what you meant by ‘One Year Training with Ido Portal Method’. Did you do a workshop or online course?
@tassoo234 жыл бұрын
Have you ever attended a workshop that lasted one year? 😁

I worked under Ido on his online coaching program. It has changed a lot since this release date

Hello holistic movement! You started from scratch and it took you a year to get to this level. How many hours did you train everyday? And can you give a detailed description of your workout please? Thank you!
@Harryowilliams_6 жыл бұрын
i started from scratch around 3 and half years ago. only spent the last year under ido. i train 4-6 hours 6 days a week focusing on handbalancing, mobility, bent arm, straight arm, legs and complexity
@Gushick6 жыл бұрын
4-6 hours everyday ? D:

How are you able to train that much while still paying the bills, etc?
@Harryowilliams_6 жыл бұрын
Don Milliken i don’t go out, I don’t drink or really watch tv. It’s amazing how much spare time you have if you eliminate these vices. If I’m not working I’m training or sleeping
@donm19796 жыл бұрын
Many of us don't do those things either. Can't imagine having 30 hours per week to train, especially with a relationship or family to consider.
