Anyone “confusing” a GSF with a Camry or any Hyundai is either trolling,hating, or simply has no clue about cars. I have a 2014 GS350 and no one has ever said such a thing. Furthermore, I’ll take a Lexus over Scatpacks, Hellcats, or whatever any day!!

You are correct, there are way too many Hellcats and ScatPacks. I live in Atlanta and everywhere you turn there’s one. They’re almost as pedestrian as a Corolla, there’s so many. The Lexus V8s will most assuredly hold their value over most other cars on the road today. Thanks for posting!

Gs f and hellcat are night and day. I got a 2016. The lexus you can cruise in all day, then track it all day, no issue. All you need are tires and gas. Its not worth 90k for sure tho.

I'm on my 23rd lexus (gs450h) and still have my 98 gs300 on wheels/coilovers. Bought a destroyer gray charger scatpack literally 2 months before covid hit. Car was fun, but with only 30k miles on it the build quality was trash and had tons of flaws that drove me nuts. Sold it when prices shot up after covid and made a profit. I've been waiting for GSF's to drop more in price, but they seem to hover around 50k still. Was looking at the LC500 as well, but I feel the GSF will be a collectors car in 10yrs with low production numbers and still a solid daily if you wanna go that route. My next car will be one! Owned my GS f over a year now and agree with everything he says. Being a sleeper makes it more fun and doesn't cause attention from the wrong crowd (police) having the rarity value makes it more special. Yes it cost a lot new but so does quality

Defintely agree with you. I recently came up on my 1 year anniversary with my 2017 GSF. They are amazing cars but the MSRP is crazy. I got mines 2 states away with 48k mile for 55k out the door. She now has 51k miles I don’t drive it enough but the value hasn’t drop much since my purchase. If you find one between 40-55k hold on to it cause the price shouldn’t drop to far below that going forward. Great content keep it up!

People who aren't real car guys won't notice the different exhaust pipes, hood, and front fenders. Like you said, that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Always fill up your tank. It displaces the air. The air has moisture, and the alcohol in the fuel will cause it to condense. This is how you get water in your gas.

Rarity and being a sleeper were the main reasons I got my IS500, I was looking at an M3 or Scat but they're way too common and when anybody sees one on the road they always want to race lol. With the 500 its fun pulling up on a scat or 5.0 at the light because if i wanna race them i will which it's rare I race the car i like to baby it, they never try to race me though, i guess because they assume i'm a 350 but whenever they do decide to race its fun seeing them get surprised there's a v8 under the hood of an IS when they lose lol

I need to make another video on this. But I will say the buying process was simple. They will try and fix any concerns you have with the vehicle even if the fix isn't up to your standards 🙃. I wanted a lower mileage car honestly, but the saving grace is that you can get a decent warranty.

How was the space in the car with a rear facing car seat ? Did you have to move anything ? Is it comfortable for the front passenger seat?

Good question. I usually don't put her car seat behind me because I ride with my seat all the way back. But yesterday I got in the passenger seat in the same position I load the car seat in and didn't have any issues. My is350 is too small for me to do that at all.

Brand new at 70k (mine was optioned to $80k), so many other options to choose from. I can't believe people defend reliability and use it as an excuse for lack of performance. @@AutoMatticMatt you're fresh to the platform, you'll find out soon. Dozens of companies (including boostlogic) have tried to do a kit for the F platform with no luck. There's only RR RACING and their shitty kit/service blowing up engines left and right. I waited 4 years for these promised kits just for them to never arrive. A 15 year old platform that can only manage fbo and a "tune" is very sad. I do want another Lexus in the future, but for daily purposes, definitely not going to get my hopes up in the performance aspect. I was willing to drop 15k on. SC kit if they ever came out with it (would put the pricing in total at what a c7z is worth now days)

Yes, there are faster cars you can buy at a 90k price point. But, I completely disagree with you about quality however. Lexus/Toyota products hold their value so well because of quality and reliability. As soon as you put 60k miles on one those cars it's considered "high mileage". Roof is sagging, Electrical issues, etc...
