10.1 PTR - Feral Is Not Feeling So Good

The fact that they nerfed relentless predator shipped with this excess combo points makes it seem nobody tested the spec? Is Tireless going to be mandatory just so we have the energy to bite so often, and where would we take those points from? Personally, I would like to see them completely redesign the lions strength/bloodtalons choice node, Lions is boring, and Bloodtalons is too micromanagey for my liking. Never thought i'd say this but I think i might just start out Guardian this next tier. Also, in your testing, without the Shred-bite-shred-bite rotation, is crit going to be as impactful, or may it start to lean back towards Master > Haste = Crit > Vers?

Interesting vid ! mb you don't go apex predator if you'd be high in combo points anyway? It depends on how energy starved we are though, and how many energy talents we can take without sacrificing damage.

Thrashing claws is such a dumb talent. Like it removes the use of having thrash. Like if you dont want thrash just remove thrash and add the bleed effect on the base spells dont put it as a talent. I would prefer you not get rid of thrash. But at least give us more aoe options LIKE AN AOE moonfire! if bear druids can do it why cant we!! Like make moonfire base and put aoe as a talent. Also wouldnt having bleed on shred and brutal slash mess up the bleed tick cause that's what we use to generate combo points... So wouldnt we be constantly restarting the tick timer on that? Not only that but swipe is never used. If you pvp you go brutal slash, if you mythic you go brutal slash and same goes for raid. Lion strength is also resident sleeper talent. They keep trying to dumb down the class. Like if I wanted to play a class that had 3-4 buttons I'll play hunter. Also can they just remove protective growth like it gives me ocd seeing that 1 talent making the whole tree uneven and on top of that NOBODY uses it like at all. Not in pvp or pve.
