What a classy home - I’m taking notes for a future home build. Love the layout and footprint. I would probably shuffle four downstairs rooms within that layout (move dining to kitchen, kitchen to family room, family room to formal living, and formal living to dining). Hey Enes, so as always you did a really good job at choosing this house to showcase and also walking us through it. It was very elegant, even the exterior. Although I have to say that I am a little wishy washy when it comes to painting brick white. I grew up in a brick home in Chicago that was not painted so I guess I'm just used to it it being natural, but it works on the exterior of this home. The only other time I liked white painted brick is when my friend here in New York remodeled his condo and added a white painted brick accent wall in his living room. It was just an accent wall so it didn't bother me much. But I think you made me like white painted brick. Kudos to you for that. Also, I loved the checkered floor in the foyer, and I loved, LOVED the white paneled walls, but I thought that the chandelier was a little understated. A space that elegant needs a crown and that chandelier just didn't cutting it. 🤔 The office was perfect. The screening room though, OMG... I would live in it. I'd be afraid of staining the beautiful white fabric, but that wouldn't stop me from kicking back and binge watching some good TV and movies. Oh, and the sconces in the hallway leading to the living room and the kitchen were dated, I thought. But that's a very easy fix. Overall, the house was fantastic. And before I forget, the kitchen was my favorite room. I would make some damn good food in there. Thanks again Enes. You brought us another really good one! 👌🙌😉

This is the most perfect house. I absolutely love it. Like it was made for my family. The kitchen is perfect. My favorite part of the kitchen is the fact there are two sinks. What a classically beautiful, warm home - incredible millwork throughout!! Love the dormers, the cupola, the beautiful backyard, the guest house! I’m tempted to say that after seeing the subtle tones of the antique brick (in the wine cellar and guest house), I think this home would have been lovely left as is - i.e. with the original antique exterior brick. Whether it’s exterior brick is painted or not, it’s a beauty!

I had to take a second look at this house like I do many of your videos. This is really a beautiful house. I think the kitchen appliances may be a little spread out but that cool. The introduction music set the ambiance for the entire video/house. I enjoyed the vibe and flow through out the tour. The kitchen was stunning! The light fixtures were as well but my favorite was the astrological light fixture ( team Gemini ♊️🤩)! My favorite room was definitely the master bedroom/bathroom. The fireplace, mini bar, and tub is definitely the way to start a romantic night! Overall, the house was gorgeous! It gave me a bed and breakfast vibe. Another beautiful presentation. The guesthouse is comfortably huge! If I were to become a visitor in this house, I will be compelled to ask the owner that my visits be extended. The swimming pool with automated cover gets my attention, as well as the exquisite landscaping.
