Love your energy and videos !!!! I wanted to ask, I just did my first DEXA scan after you talked about it and my numbers were good. My total fat is 30%, Im 52 postmenopausal. If I wanted to reduce that a little without losing muscle how would I go about that?

I'm so sorry to say this, but I fully embraced your diet and followed your 7 day challenge and all your advice. I've gained 6 lbs, and my acid reflux is so bad that I wake up with my throat burning with acid. I just can't eat raw vegetables and eating your way has made me feel just awful. I've also had dramatically more brain fog and fatigue. I know this is not your fault, and I believe that most people will do very well on your diet and by following your advice. I just can't eat plant-based foods, any whole grains, dairy or gluten. I'm going back to a low carb, mostly protein diet and 20 total grams of carbohydrates per day. As tired as I got of following keto, I realize now that its the only diet that makes me actually feel good. I guess we are all different. I thank you JJ, for all the free information you give and for all the people you are helping, but I am just not one of them. God bless you for all your good work! I will continue with the green tea and ACV because it really does help decrease my appetite, and I think I can continue with smoothie protein shakes as long as I change them up a bit and not include the carbs.
