I wish i could say my lack of weight gain is due to overeating. I've been exercising consistently since January, which led to reduced appetite for me, yet I'm not losing weight. I look slimmer in my abdomen, but I'm not losing. I eat mostly whole foods, but, doesn't seem to be working for me. IDK.....but thanks for all this great info

People need to do what helps them… absolutely. But, if people make dietary & lifestyle changes consistently it really will make huge improvements. We just have to be real and honest with ourselves & do what we need to. Myself included.. had to be real and stick to something.

I also would like to have some advice about this. Want to increase my protein intake, but I'm concerned about kidney stones. Thanks!
@jjvirginvideos
@jjvirginvideos 12 күн бұрын
Hi there! Eating too much protein, especially red meat, can increase the risk of kidney stones, but this usually happens with very high amounts and not drinking enough water. Staying hydrated is important. You may also refer to this link for details jjvirgin.com/how-much-protein/ We also encourage you ask your health practitioner your questions and concerns. Given your specific health history, they can ensure you have the best guidelines moving forward. Hope this helps! -Team JJ

Hi JJ Virgin. I love learning all I can about muscle building and weight loss. But I would like to know if the Dr. Adkins protein shakes are good to drink. I drink them 1-2 times/wk. I don't know what all the sources of protein is. I need to lose 40 pounds and it's hard to do in my living situation and I can't get to the gym; I also have emotional eating and cravings.

You should have shown vegan sources of protein such as beans, nuts, seeds, etc. there is much more fiber in these.

Yeah, she really lost me went she started raving about that artificial sweetener, quoting all the information she’d been given by the brand… How about doing some independent research instead? Or better still, just not promoting artificial sweeteners and processed snacks.
