Everyone kept mentioning the Pullman, they never mention the service or cleanliness which is vital especially as a non native to France. Being able to receive superior service is a must have. For the Pullman, I've already answered: "The view from the Pullman is awesome, undoubtedly the best, but then, the hotel lacks a good service and the cleanliness of the rooms is not at the top". ." And for the Mercure Paris Centre, which has a limited number of rooms with Eiffel Tower view, it doesn't have great reviews, as you can check on TripAdvisor new AI review summary.

I checked the prices for all of these hotels for May 2025 and they all are approximately 400-500 euros per night which is out of our budget unfortunately. I found the Tim Hotel which is more within our budget of $303/night including tax with a view of the Eiffel Tower from a balcony. Does anyone have any experience staying there?

You've got quite a few choices in this range. For example, for today (Nov 19th) Hotel La Comtesse would be 305€.

Good question! Because for me the Pullman offers clearly a great view but is not in the top 10 hotel to choose around the Eiffel Tower. The view is not the only criteria I've used.

I was wondering the same question. The Pullman is out of his list and some others. The video is about the view, so his answer is not satisfactory. I guess is because... the other hotels didnt pay him!

This is pure BS! I have never ever received anything, money, favor, benefit,... to create a video here. The Pullman was classified as 12th in my list, so it's not in the top 10. The view from the Pullman is awesome, undoubtedly the best,, but then, the hotel lacks a good service and the cleanliness of the rooms is not at the top.
