Thanks, Angie! I also want to mention those Sorel sandals that you were wearing in the clip with black pants - they were on MY life changing product list! I wear Hoka sneakers almost every day to prevent plantar fasciitis and have even started wearing them for teaching, but these LOVELY sandals were supportive and comfortable enough that I can wear them even on my feet all day! And I bought their hiking boots too for dog walking - the ones with the Kinetic sole - you might consider them for dog walking, too, as they are so grippy that the dogs don’t make me slide across the snowy walkway! I bought the weighted vest in the 12 pound size. I'm just barely into the osteopenia range, but still.😮 My community mailbox is half a mile from my house, so I wear it on that daily walk. I also bought a rebounder, which I use every day and enjoy. It will be some time before I know whether these, plus my supplements, will reverse the bone loss or even stop the progression, but I'm doing everything I can.

Angie, I love those black yoga pants so much I purchased two other colors. I like the darker colors, found the pockets show thru more on the lighter colors. I have some old ankle weights that are 5 lbs each (with removable weights) and I’m wondering if that would work as well or does the weight have to be carried on your upper body? I love, love the Wavy Talk, BUT it only lasted a little over a month before all the bristles started to fall out, and then the cord frayed. It was past the one month to get my money back from Amazon. Great video, thank you. May I just ask about your Rogaine/Hairmax routine. I bought the Hairmax on your recommendation and am using it 3 times a week as instructed (Mon/Wed/Fri) and it's early days as yet as have only had it since mid November. I'd be happy to incorporate Rogaine/Minoxidil into my routine (any extra help welcome 👍🙂) but as the Hairmax has to be used on clean hair, should I use either of these say on Saturday and Sunday when I'm not using the Hairmax? Hope I've explained that OK and any advice is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Good morning, Angie! I think I’ll try the liquid minoxidil for my part (instead of the foam) and see how that goes. Do you put a “slip” product or heat protector in your hair before using the WavyTalk? My top layer is fine and I’m thinking it would “catch” my hair instead of pulling through nicely like yours. 😆

I've heard oral minoxidil is great and it's definitely much easier than topical! I use a heat protectant on my wet hair but I don't reapply another before I use the WavyTalk. I recommend brushing through the section you want to curl with the WavyTalk once or twice before rolling the hair around it to avoid snagging!

I tried that weighted vest but it puts pressure on my shoulders and neck. Anyone else experience that, I am thinking that some kind of weighted waste thing would be better. That said, don't know if that would put pressure in the right spots. Any thoughts on that? Thanks for all the great recommendations
