Thanks for doing these. I’m 73 with RA, osteoarthritis, two chronic rotator cuff tears that can’t be repaired d/t the osteoporosis. These are helping me regain function.

Great bunch of exercises. I frequently lie on my back with a pillow under the mid back. My back cracks like crazy, and it feels so good. I also raise my arms over my head and to the sides to help expand my chest because that makes breathing easier.

Happy birthday, nice round number! Senior is a well-groomed junior, a very good thing! Be proud! Keep moving and caring, also for yourself! You'll do great. Greetings from 70+ senior-lady in Sweden! My go-to are stretches and Nordic Walking, and lots of Bob&Brad advice, of course. Self-help is the best help!
