Not surprised w/ #1. We live in a world where overworking is glorified & taking a break is seen as a weakness. The fruits of your labor don’t matter if you don’t have people to enjoy them with.

@@christianlady If you didn't have to be someone else to merit salvation, why do you have to be someone else for the rest of your life? It is not about living in sin, but being grateful for who you are, so that you can allow God to use you, and all of 'you'! So, stand up and be counted. 'whose life am I living anyway?' It is the first time that I'm shocked with the question being asked. Since I have lived in Korea for 3 years after the graduation in Canada, I have looked out and done anything for my parents. Just before, I thought other people under their parents behave the same, but I realized that even younger ones more over don't, which I was shocked. But, parents tend to think now that they behave to their children is perfect, so they tend not to change, so the relationship in between parents and children is hard especially in modern society... The best way is both parents and children giving space, and thinking about each other, but it would not be easy unless children get independent over their parents..

It's never too late, but it's harder the longer you wait. So do it, do it afraid. Make that change and try for that goal. Whether you succeed at that thing or not, you will never know if you don't try and that's when regret sets in.

"And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." (REVELATION 20:12-15 NKJV) Today, while you are still alive and able, may you repent from your sins, believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that JESUS CHRIST is your Lord and Savior, so that through Him, your name will be written in the Book of Life. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever BELIEVES in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." (JOHN 3:16-17 NKJV) By God's GRACE, the gift of Salvation and Eternal Life is available to all. You can RECEIVE it. You can REJECT it. May you choose wisely.... ✝️
