Patrick next time u shd make a video about "how to read books"cz u read arround 1000books and there's lot of misinformation on reading books like tai lopez nd jay shetty saying read only summaries and golden points,i think tats how those guys reads a book a day and people like gary vee doesn't evn read a book...maybe u shd guide us like, 1 .how to read a book(only summaries or cover to cover) 2 .how to take notes 3 .how to use information tat we got on books cz lot of people jus reading books but not using it 4.shd u reread a book nd how often and much others things on this topic..

I plan on setting up a manufacturing concern, and I plan on charging 10x base material cost wholesale. One of the Industry leaders in my field uses premium pricing and overcharged the consumer so much, that they literally created an entire industry of knock-offs. My problem now isn't them, but entry into market costs, and scaling my start-up into full fledged manufacturing so I can achieve the economies of scale to make my business profitable. Pat would you make a video or just reply on the concept of using multiple business models? I'm working on a startup right now, currently in initial launch, that is a tiered subscription model with freemium features as well as money from advertisers. Is this common? I know from what I said it sounds like just trying to get as much money as possible, but while I won't go into the exact logistics of the business yet, it makes sense from a business perspective to offer the multiple models.

Where are your service based businesses/outsourcing businesses? I'm working on building an outsourced accounting businesses. Businesses outsource their accounting functions to me, and I outsource those to another country. Everyone tries to cut out the middle man, but the middle man is the one that gets rich and does nothing but manage things 4-hour workweek style. 👍

@@godatlas Referring to the book, not the actual amount of effort put into it. The idea is to minimize your employees by outsourcing task. Outsourcing task that fall under the 80% of time for 20% of results, and spend your time on the 20% that results in 80% of the results. It is a service business that other companies would not need a full time accounting individual, but still need the service because accounting is important in business. Have I lost you? I feel like we weren't on the same page because you didn't understand my 4-hour workweek references from the jump.

How do digital products fit into this? Video games to varying degrees utilize model 1, 2, 3 (“Whales”), 5, 6 (key selling sites. The publisher sells volumes of digital games [so called keys] to websites that sell those keys for a heavy discount by promoting the discount), 9 and 10 ("consumables"). Method 4 would fit selling physical game discs, but what about digital games? …or any digital Product? What makes a video game cost $ 60? How do I price my game initially? Should I just focus on maximizing the other business models and sell the game for really cheap (mostly resembling model 9)?
