The 1st amendment, freedom of the press, exists for all people to observe actions of our government and report to everyone so that corruption and tyrants can be rooted out. If tyrants can hide their actions, they can hide their corruption. There is no excuse to prevent transparency and accountability. First Amendment to the United States Constitution Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

In order for someone to give directives to you isn't it not more conducive that you know who and what is trying to give those directives? Jurisdiction must always be established 1st not only that but nature and the cause of their action need to know who and why and what what injured party? What is the nature and the reason why they have stopped you? What gives them the jurisdiction in order to bother? You at all a social disorder is known as someone who has a suspicious mind. This young man is incapable of doing his job. Derelict and duty means you must call someone who is superior and I'm not talking about the police department. I'm talking about internal affairs and to share a department. They are the only judge you're. Reason for law enforcement all of these agencies are not government. They are private agencies and companies and corporations. If hes derelict and duty that's malfeasance treason is needed next thing and if he injures you a form 95 in order to. Lean them in their private capacity along with all governmental bodies that stand. In joining a party

I cannot imagine losing your sense of normalcy after such a tragic accident, just to end up abused by the police with a broken hip. Afraid of cameras for their safety. Afraid of live streaming for their safety. I've seen videos of cops claiming handing them an ID to quickly turns that ID into a weapon. The point is only people who intimidate others, violate others, lie about others, administer unwarranted beatings, use unwarranted force, and kill unarmed people on a massive scale and remain blameless, unapologetic, and free of consequence have to fear every person that crosses their path.

So in the second video, they further harm a person with a disability which I'm sure violates the American with Disabilities Act. Charged with with resisting arrest, what was the crime was being charged with, standing on the transit bus? Then the bus driver should be fired as well, I'm sure he violated numerous city policies for public accessibility. There are many reason why a person is disabled and they don't all fit in a well defined description.

I can't wait until the Auditors start saying to these cops IT IS NOT A LAWFUL ORDER JUST BECAUSE YOU SAID IT. IT'S ONLY A LAWFUL ORDER IF THEIR IS A LAW/STATUTE ALREADY ON THE BOOKS. I may have heard a Auditor say this once or twice. And these cops actually believe if they SAY something, because they're law enforcement, that makes it a lawful order. IT'S ONLY A LAWFUL ORDER IF THERE IS A LAW ON THE BOOKS THAT YOU'RE TRYING TO ENFORCE. Because they ALL seem to believe with all their heart that IF THEY SAY IT, IT'S A LAWFUL ORDER. And that makes them extremely dangerous.

Years ago I had notice that a 1SG new to the unit liked to pop up in the barracks on the weekends. One Saturday morning he pounds on my door but he covers the peephole. I said I won’t open the door without knowing who is on the otherside, he kept it covered and didn’t identify himself. The pounding continued for at least 10 minutes. He then went to go get the master key from the Duty NCO. They open my door and I tore in to both of them for the huge violation of my privacy and security so much so that someone else called the MPs, when they show up, everyone did tell the truth but it was clear I was 💯 right not to open my door to someone unknown on the otherside. And the Duty NCO was wrong for opening my door under such horse crap circumstances.

There is ZERO excuse for any police dept. to not know the law and that this violates everyone's constitution rights. They damn well know they are criminally harassing this man. Every police dept that violates any law whether criminal or constitutional law. Needs to be DEEMED INCOMPETENT TO UPHOLD LAWS, PERIOD!

You don't have to do anything to protect yourself 😮 according to the Supreme Court. Standing up on the bus is perfectly legal.

That was a great video. I enjoyed seeing citizens exercising their Constitutional rights. Those officer's need better education.

Police brutality against a disabled person is always enlightening to see. It really shows the worst of the people who are supposed to protect the community.

One thing I have learned by watching videos like this is that there is absolutley no way for us to educate the cops short of lawsuits. You can talk until you're blue in the face and it will accomplish nothing except them jamming you up, they simply do not care about your rights or what you have to say.
