Nice video!. My favourite kind of strange but yet beautiful idioms in English are these: to wear my heart on my sleeve , to drive somebody up the wall and last but not least the green - eyed monster. 😂

Ahh I love it! Maybe we do a contrasting episode with the most beautiful idioms?

@@EasyEnglishVideos That's a great idea. I mean Shakespeare coined a lot of beautiful idioms that people still use in English today. Maybe you can make a video about it. I think that would be interesting. Looking forward to watching the next episode either way! ❤️

If you look closely, Mitch's head wasn't twisted 360 degrees or crushed by an elephant or kicked in the head. It was all just clever editing and CGI.

10 out of 10, usually before you even gave us the three options :-). Well, I do live in the States and the only one people here do NOT use is the "knickers in a twist" one, but then I also live in London for 6 months.

Wow! You smashed it 🙌 knickers in a twist is probably the most bizarre one, but kind of makes sense in my mind

Haha ... I got 8 out of 10 (didn't know about picking one's brain and the twisted knickers ... 😜). I guess I won't forget those two after watching your vivid explanation. 😅 In German we have a graphic way of saying someone's dead: he bit into the grass. 😉

Hahaha I like that you insinuate that I help you remember by giving you nightmares or some form of PTSD 🤣😅 It would be out of character if the German idioms weren’t direct or a bit brutal
