Regarding Item 7, Maybe the report is the same every time you read them, but YOU are a changed person- you are growing everyday, learning everyday and it is therefore a different person who is reading it. And so you can glean more, probably get a different wider perspective. And therefore, as both of you say, read it regularly!

I am doing deep dives on my top five strengths. I may do this for the top 10 eventually but am focusing on my top five. This is day two and I thought 10 Daily practices would be a good place to add into. Strategic | Learner | Input | Connectedness | Communication

Thank you for this video: needed to rewatch to get 10 daily habits. But loved it! In website talent (natural 5?) x investment= strength; Thinking: Strengths x invested time= value in market on any strength, but especially top 5! Ideation, Learner, Achievor, Self-confidence, and Futuristic; working on 100 day challenge with Gary Ryan Blaire and other two goal areas are set, but I can work in this for personal development for the next 100 day segment!

My top 5 are realtor, developer, arranger, woo, and responsibility. I use my relator, developer, and woo themes daily! The switch that turns me on is 1 on 1 conversation!

My first Theme is Learner, Achiever, Individualization, Activator and Futuristic. I mostly use learner deliberately

I used an analogy of our strengths being similar to a Swiss Knife with it's various tools.

Empathy Intellection Developer Consistency. Harmony Developer is what I'm leaning into today.

Oh Wow! I just had a thought about the bite-size education moment. John C Maxwell has a thing called minute with maxwell. He speaks for a minute on one aspect of leadership. Something I would like to see is one-minute bite-size thoughts about our themes. They could be taken from the material already created by editing them. Just thinking out loud. Ideating 😃
