Hi Man I started following your video series of muscle building for beginners and bought a set of resistance bands myself. I'm 31 and 6.3 feet tall with 95Kg weight. I have a question, As you stated that in we should do the work every alternative days for good results. Can I do the resistance band work out on one day and this abs work out on other day. This way I can exercise 6 days a weeks. Also you told in resistance band videos about the reps and sets but you haven't said anything about the reps and sets about the abs work out. what should be the duration of the abs exercise and doing both exercises alternative days will provide results? waiting to hear from you. Abs workout should not be more than 15 minutes if you are already combining it with other compound workouts. You can pick any 4-5 workouts from these and perform. You can reduce sets to 2 if you want.

Great question, plank me pehle aap deep breath le aur fir abs ko contract karte hue lungs ki sari air exhale karde.. Actually plank me hum diaphragm se breathe karte hai na ki chest se. Kabhi bhi workout ke time pe saans rokne ki koshish na karen.

Hi Yeshwanth, Like other muscle groups, Abs is also a muscle group and needs proper rest to grow. Its too much if you train them daily. You should either do them alternate days or at least two days a week for better results.

Training for gaining muscles requires constant training. The process of muscle growth is a slow and steady process which happens gradually with time. It is only when you become consistent that you increase your stamina and are able to exercise with greater efficiency

Thanks Praveen for your comment. You can follow my on going series to know the frequency of each workout in a week. I'm going to upload the advanced level plans next week. And you don't need to workout twice a day, it may lead to over training.

Hi Anubhav, you don’t need to jog to lose weight. You just need to be in calories deficit either by eating less calories or burning more (with any exercise). That’s it.
