Wow wow wow I'm impressed with his softness, I've been into many gyms and mostly people go insane when they get a little muscle and power but here this man is incredibly soft. Lord Hanuman ji is the most powerful and yet so calm. Even if don't follow his routine as that is a personal choice but I'll request every youngster to follow his calmness and simplicity.

Hat's off to Mr @Yatinder Singh It's really amazing how you described the details , position of legs and body , speed of movement, reps and sets, in very simple and natural way. I'm a 60 years old person, don't needed a six pack 😊 but some toned muscles. Tried some of them earlier but Unable to do. Still don't meet your number of reps or sets but progressing slowly without pain. Love from 🇨🇦

Do this exercise if ure beginner, you’ll get good result in around 2 months: For upper abs: (1) half crunches 25* 4 set (2) leg raise crunches 25* 4 set (3) full crunches 15* 3 set 1 min plank For middle/lower abs: (4) leg raise 25* 4 set (5) one leg raise (both side 50counts) (6) lying bicycle 25* 4 sets Again 1 min plank (7) bicycle crunch (both side 40-50 counts) 3set (8) mountain climber (30-40 count both side) 3 set (9) leg raise by hanging (10-12 rep 4 set) Plank 1 min 3rd time.. * it’s takes around 50 min for this whole workout.. You’ll get guaranteed result (saying from my own experience) Now let’s have a look on diet: Early Morning : warm water + lemon its help to reduce belly fat Pre workout : smoothie (1 glass milk, + 1 cup oats, 1 tp spoon pea nut butter,1 banana +2 almonds (optional) Post workout: 1 bowl boiled kala Chana + half cup of milk or banana if u want) Lunch : whatever had made in your home, but healthy include dal and salad Evening snack: 1 bowl boiled moong Dinner: sprouts , rotis curds etc.. Just follow this for approx 2 months you’ll get guaranteed results ☺️❤️
