Sir, uncooked food when cooked changes the nature of the food. So should we go for cooked food as after cooking food it reduces the macro nutrients or should I just put uncooked meal macros. Kindly advise.

Cooking will not change the macros. If you take 50 grams rice and cook them then the nutrition will remain the same. Cooking will not change the calories or nutrition. You can measure them uncooked.

Sir I want to clarify one thing that is... In preparing a diet chart. If my maintenance calories is 2428 .Is in diet chat energy (kcl) must be similar with maintenance 2428 calories in intake. Without looking the fat, carbs and protein. Or if in my intake energy (kcl) is 2700 more than maintenance calories. But while dividing the calories in macros I got carbs 273,protien 151and fats 80. And in my chat the intake of calories is 95%ok . Only energy calories is 2762 and fat is 85.5 .

If I take energy( kcl) 2428 then I don't get carbs, protien and fat in maintain. For that to fulfill carbs protien and fat if I take 350more calories then is it ok for me or I have to take the same amount of target calories I got without fulfilling carbs protien and fat required in daily basis
