I hope Tyron repeatedly grabbing the cage in his title fight against Maia is on here. Everytime he did it he stopped the fight from going to the ground. Maybe he could've gotten back up, and maybe he cheated Maia out of the title he never ended up getting. And wow, just as I was finishing this comment I see that this did end up on here. Don't you mean the third fight? Yeah Leon's fouling wasn't a good look but nothing he did changed the course of the fight. Leon was just better than Usman. As others have pointed out, Usman has a reputation for grabbing the fence to avoid getting taken down and faking fouls to get breaks. Leon fouling, getting a point deducted (deserved) and still winning anyway despite Usman moaning was a case of karma.

Okay. As someone who watched Pete Spratt vs Ryan Ford, just because the buzzer goes off that doesn't mean you stop defending yourself. It is the referee's job to separate the fighters when the buzzer goes. If a fighter is in the middle of a combination, such as CB Rollaway vs Hector Lombard, that's not the fighters fault that the ref didn't intervene earlier.
