I took the Dr. Roy Tyalor and Dr. Ted Naiman approach. Lose weight, don't overeat energy, and exercise. My macros are around 200g of carbs, 80g of fat, and 250g of Protein with about 40g of fiber. After I lost about 15% of my body weight, my AIC went to pre-diabetic 6.1. My following A1Cs over the last three years have been between 4.8 and 5.1 average fasting is 84. That's with occasionally eating off plan, like a pint of no-sugar-added ice cream, and eating out a few times a month. At my last doctor visit, she took diabetes off my chart. There are several methods that work, like fasting or restricting carbs, but I prefer to live a healthier lifestyle over restriction.

fbs 106 and pp 111 hb1c 5.4 sir i am diabetic or not
@FitnessSolutionsPlus Жыл бұрын
Your hba1c and pp is very good. Your fbs is a bit high. While I'm not a doctor, and I can't diagnose, usually a diagnosis of diabetes is made when a1c is over 6.5

Maybe you should actually have people reduce or eliminate the actual culprit. Carbs, sugar and seeds oils.
@FitnessSolutionsPlus Жыл бұрын
Carbs and sugar are actually not the culprit. I actually address those myths in the first chapter of my book. Carbs and sugar are only a problem when they contribute to excess calories. If you're eating carbs and sugar within your "caloric budget" AND getting adequate fiber and protein, they're very unlikely to cause type 2 diabetes.

@@FitnessSolutionsPlus Who taught you nutrition ? The mainstream media ? The pharmaceutical companies? The college you went to to get into un-payable debt because college has the worst return on investment?

Educate yourself first. Pretty sad
