I love doing TGUs especially for my mobility, & shoulders. Now I noticed on your planted hand you post on your knuckles. I can see some pros & cons to this, but curious to hear why you do it. Thanks for great content.

Thank you for your comment. Yes , I like doing TGUs too. This exercise has got many benefits. About your question why I'm getting up using my knuckles. It is simple , I have arthritis in my wrists , they lost some flexibility. So it is a wee bit painful to place them on my palm. That is why I use my knuckles.

From a human performance perspective, how heavy can a male human go on these exercises ? I have a 22 kg kettlebell and doing a smaller version of the side clean just tires me up I wanna try hammer throws with the 22 kg, but I'm scared of doin it wrong. if someone does 10 reps of all the shown exercises with a 25 kg kettlebell, then that person is well conditioned beast yes ?

Personally I wouldn't go above 16kg or 20kg kettlebell for this type of exercises. This is more for core strength, coordination and strength endurance then max strength. You can try 24kg.The danger is if you go too heavy , there is a chance to get injured. But yes, if you can work with 25 kg kettlebell , it is good going! Respect !

Kettlebell that I'm working with on this video is very light , just 10kg. Going to film full workout with 16kg
