Sprints, push-ups, climbing rope, wrestling, pain tolerance and lifting heavy things. Sounds like a good program.

@@lawrence1135 Aisin Gioro Dynasty, The whole Manchu people were originally nomadic people from North Eastern region that borders Mongolia, who were ethnically different from both Mongol and Chinese. Khalkha Mongol, Outer Mongolia at that time, accepted to surrender without fight to Manchu army under one condition which was not a single Manchu or Chinese will ever settle in Khalkha Mongolian region. After centuries of dictatorship, Qing dynasty finally fell and by that time, Manchu people were already as same as Chinese people. Who once voluntarily surrendered to Manchu. But since your historic POV may differ from what I mentioned depending on what kind of biased historical references you read, I'll just ask if you are actually suggesting an Independent country and a member of UN, that it shall give up it's democracy and independence and surrender to Communist country and hope they will flourish? Is it correct Lawrence?

So the Main objective is to see the attack coming and know when to absorb the pain. There was one time I did this. Someone swung a green bamboo pole at me, and I held up my forearm. The entire Green bamboo shaft broke in half on my forearm, and all I had was a red welt on the skin of my Forearm. I gritted my teeth and took the pain, and exhaled through my teeth ferociously without that much pain. But being able to absorb pain multiple times takes a lot of time, training and patience. Also I never knew Mongolian Judo existed, but these are strongest warriors I've ever seen in my life. They make the bodies of the Samurai look very weak nowadays.
