Really ? What about Vit b6 toxicity as it is in so many supplements and fortified foods.

B6 in foods and supplements is in milligrams. According to the NIH there are no reported adverse effects from dietary B6 and the upper tolerable limit for adults is 100 mg a day. But, taking 1 to 6 grams (1000 to 6000 mg) daily for 12 to 40 months can cause severe side effects. ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminB6-HealthProfessional/

@@DiTuroProductions I got toxic from 50mg. 1000+ cases recorded in Australia of B6 toxicity, many from a lower dose than mine.

B6 toxicity is real. I was recently diagnosed with toxicity after taking 50mg daily for a year. Just get it from your diet.
