I had a technical issue and had to delete the example for "evocative". So, here it is: "Jane Austen's books are evocative of rural life in England in the 19th century."

Recently I've read a really gripping book "I wish you well" written by David Balldaci. The story was really touching and captivating. It was an absolutely unputdownable book! Surprisingly different than you could expect knowing this author - full of twists and turns and at the same time really heartwarming and uplifting. Highly recommend you to read it.

Recently l've been reading an illuminating book called "The seven habits of highly successful people" and l'd possibly say it's so eidfying not only has it helped to shift my mindset, but also implement new habits that enable me to become my future self. Additionally, this book has an absorbing narrative and l like the way the author gave great examples.I wholeheartedly believe it was the most unputdownable book l have ever read and l reckon it'll transform people's lives. ❤

I'm really into detective stories as I found them more gripping and absorbing than other genres of books. Of course, the success of the book depends on the author's ability to pique your interest, regardless of the genre. However, each time I delve into a crime story, I feel on the edge of my seat, and put myself into the shoes of the detective to figure out who the culprit is.

It would be great if you could record, edit, and upload a video on compound adjectives. I’d appreciate it if you could explain how they work in detail. They are a tricky part of the English language. They’re something I struggle with from time to time. Anyways, I look forward to perhaps seeing this video on your channel. I have to say that all the videos of yours, that I have watched so far, have been incredibly helpful. They have come in handy. I am currently preparing to take the C2 CPE. I will be taking it in September. Best regards. Stay awesome and keep doing what you do, Ben! You’re the best English teacher I have come across out here!

The novel "Les miserables" by Victor Hugo is an unputdownable. In my personal opinion, the part in which Cossete and Mario meet is touching. Here, it is the heart warming relationship between a beautiful woman, Cossette. Cossette whom was a sweet, compation and educated girl. And, Mario who was a handsome, intrepid man but educated as well

Ben, I took the CAE exam almost a month ago, the results came in a week ago and I failed by two points.. I got 178 :( honestly I feel sad and dissapointed at the same time, because my expectations were pretty high and franky, the computer-based style seemed to me quite organised, yet still I didn't pass. Until this day, I still can't process the fact that I got 150 points from reading part, which means I filled zero correct answers? I don't know.. but maybe Cambridge could send all of us the task, with a watermark on it, so people can actually see what they got wrong and all the mistakes in general. I was considering a second take this fall, because I had been studying a special 1-year "school course" that prepares students for B2, C1 and C2 exams and I am afraid that I will forget most of my vocabulary and knowledge, if not practised regulary, so thererefore I would like to try the CAE exam again. Do you think it is a good idea? Maybe you can perhhaps make a video about that, so students won't be demotivated or dissapointed if they don't pass their chosen level? That would be nice! Anyway, thank you for all your videos and effort you put into them, I personally got inspired and in speaking part, for instance, I used many phrases and adjectives reccomended by you. 😁
