How do you broil zucchini rounds on parchment paper?

It shows it in the video - you lay the sliced zucchini out on parchment paper and then broil in the oven.

Broiling on parchment paper doesn’t sound safe. Won’t the parchment catch on fire?

If you are worried about it catching fire, simply don't do it. As it shows in the video, we did it. Parchment paper is heat resistant up to around 500F. If you place it on the top rack or middle rack (not directly against the element or opening on a gas stove), typically there will be enough heat dissipation to stop a fire from happening. You should only be broiling for a few minutes, so you can keep an eye on it if needed. I personally have broiled many, many, many things on parchment and never had issues. If you aren't comfortable doing it, simply don't do it.

100% sure. Don't knock it until you try it. Zucchini can replicate the texture and even some tastes of apples well in keto desserts.
