Meditation is primarily a stimulant and dissociative. If you want euphoria, you need a special technique. Specifically, you should practice the 4 Rupa Jhanas To begin, sit still and watch and try to enjoy your breathing. Do this until you have calmed down significantly. This may take several minutes. After this, find a pleasant feeling somewhere in the body (If there isn't one, go back to watching the breath). Enjoying the pleasure will cause it to grow. Try to spread it throughout your body and environment. When you have spread the pleasure throughout your body and environment, that is the 1st of the 4 Rupa Jhanas. Not only does this meditation technique feel euphoric, but you will be happier and calmer throughout the day from doing it
