Hi, just recently found your videos and started doing some of the workouts you've posted. One area that I notice I need some help with is the lower back; when I've tried to do windsurfing I've noticed that my lower back isn't used to that kind of strain. At the moment I have a very unpredictable daily routine (which has caused me to fall off all my previous attempts to get into shape) so going to the gym, or training in the outdoors isn't always possible. So my question is: will you guys make a bodyweight back/lower back routine in the future? With that said, good video; I've noticed after some excessive ab-exercises in the past (sit ups) that the area around the spine starts hurting (which I thought was just weak back muscles), so great to get that cleared up and some good alternate exercises to those that other sites reccommend (that almost always involves twisting the spine).

What I like about this is, that it shows that six-pack abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym. you don't need any of these exercises like bicycle crunches, sit- ups etc. The abs are there for stabilizing the body and not for performing crunch-like movements. So planks, side planks, and anti-rotation exercises are all you ever need. I'm not saying that other exercises are not as effective or more effective, but they are not needed for six-pack abs. Better not hurt your spine.

I am a fan of your vids and I believe you should do more of parkour. I mean if you took a specific part of a movie and show how it is done. This will get more viewers on your channel and help you grow.

Robert Binkowski yes fucking parkour not this
@elijahsalinas71117 жыл бұрын
They're just trying to reach out to a wider audience. Also with parkour it would be better to be physically fit to be able to perform the discipline longer, better, and with more success.
@robertbinkowski7 жыл бұрын
I understand your point and agree. What I was trying to say is that these guys are under-watched. I want them to grow. This idea in my opinion will get them more views.
@elijahsalinas71117 жыл бұрын
If they have diverse content they might attract a lot more people. (Also no I'm not trying to argue or fight online because that's completely stupid, and people who do that are cancer) But back to what I was saying, if they alternate between fitness and parkour each week and stay consistent they could continue to grow in subcribers. If little kids (not saying you're a little kid) unsubscribe because they get mad about them posting a fitness video instead of a parkour one that's their problem.

I'm looking for a daily work-out at home that covers not just core, but stretches and twists the spine, makes you do some aerobics, strengthens arms and legs - basically something quite comprehensive but that doesn't take more than 30mins. is that possible? or should our daily at-home work-out vary from one day to another, like, one day you'd do one set, the next another?

@korinasilva15847 жыл бұрын
Can you offer a referral link to nutrition suggestions? like "how often one should consume protein while trying to build muscle" (and how to sleep well, and budget time to exercise). These subjects are possibly not your expertise, but you have a network of knowledgeable trustworthy people. I get most of my food from food pantries - canned vegetables and boxes of mac-n-cheese, high in carbs and salt, low in phyto-nutrients and protein, so that's what I buy from the grocery store - raw vegetables from the produce section because I'm too lazy for cooking, and free animal protein once a week from work because I work at a restaurant and my boss is a super sweet guy. I spend about $30 a month on groceries and my financial counselor thinks I'm doing the best I can with what I have... but... Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for charity, but I want more from myself than mere survival.

Gemket. *no flip are necessary for* *parkour* flip are concerned free running. it just flips can make run look better. and make it a little easy to over come some obstacle. but it is not necessary. but it can be fun to do and learn flips

Gemket, Parkour is simply getting from point A to point B ( vaults, big jumps, wall climbs). Freerunning is incorporating gymnastics into parkour (flips).

You are talking about excuses, but is feeling weak an excuse? Like when you don't feel like you can do even one crunch or push up? That sleepy feeling like your muscles are not activated.
@marton82887 жыл бұрын
Probably one out of one hundred of times someone says "I fell weak" that person is truly weak.
@dojajkox7 жыл бұрын
Okay umm... I eat whatever I can, as much as I can, and my abs are even showing a bit. I'm not a beginner in calisthenics, but, still, I have more moments when I feel weak like that that when I not. It's mostly after a long day of sitting at school, or when I'm not in the mood. "I gotta do this" doesn't really help much even when I really wanna do this. My body just won't listen.
@dojajkox7 жыл бұрын
Weeeell.. I am a special snowflake. What to say ^^
@arthurdigbysellers34317 жыл бұрын
Forget thinking about the whole of the exercise duration. Sometimes if you're not in the mood, thinking you gotta go for 30 minutes deflates your will. Instead, just say, fine, I won't do 30 minutes today. I'll to 10. Or 5. Or even just 1 or 2. Just get up and do something. Many times, after you do a few minutes of warmup, your whole feeling changes and you'll move through and finish it out. Other times, maybe not, but at least you did something. Just be careful never to trust your mind too much, if you catch my meaning. Thoughts float in and out like the wind, and the same one that is telling you you can't do this or that today might just be blown out the window once you get the blood flowing a bit.
@MoPoppins7 жыл бұрын
What's your "why"? Once you determine a concrete purpose, it'll help to keep you focused on that finish line in the distance (whether near or far).
