@@barlatesbodyblitz It's not difficult to follow. I used to do some TA dance cardio, but now I don't. I am in love with your walking and dancing. 10 min is great. We can do it between or after work or as warm up 😉

By the way, do you have a rebounder? The short rebounding workouts I recently uploaded are also supposed to be used as warm ups just like the cardio dance ones!
