* The timer is just a tabata app I downloaded for free. Use whatever you find on the app store. HI EVERYONE! Really hope you enjoy this workout video and filming it in real time with the audio haha. I love the real time workouts and have been following almost all of yours buuut I'd really like an advanced one! Like while you re in the gym 🤔 cause my muscles stopped growing! Exept for legs, they grow. I mean, I do little squats cause I want my booty to grow, not my legs but THEY DO while the butt doesnt anymore! Dont know what to do😂 if you could help..😥

Gina Vallefuoco I can film a circuit at the gym using KB or dumbells etc in real time as that wouldn’t require much space but to film an intense weight lifting session that requires different equipment and machines and more sets or reps or rests would be difficult and slightly pointless as someone isn’t going to follow along in real time with me at the gym plus it’s hard that the gym is busy etc. As for your glutes not growing, focus on isolation and single leg exercises. Maybe try up your calories a bit to see if that helps and increasing the weights. Also instead of squats focus on hip thrusts for a bit 😊 I’ll also do an intense at home workout too!
