BUTT WORKOUT:
Do as many rounds as you like. Use a resistance band if you have one or do it without!
Side crab walks x 20
Sidekicks x 20 each side
Back kicks x 20 each side
Squats x 20
Sumo squats x 20
Single leg RDL x 10 each side
Lunge with kickback x 10 each side
Side to side lateral lunge x 40
Knee raise curtsy lunge x 10 each side
Frog hip thrusts x 20
Single leg glute bridge x 10 each side
Bridge hold kick-outs x 10 each side
Donkey kicks x 10 each side
Fire hydrants x 20 each side

Back with the workouts🙌🏼Enjoyed filming this one, and finally moved my butt after not training it since no gym lol.. and I also filmed an ab workout too! can you do a booty burn workout for people with bad knees so no stress on the quads (no lunges, squats)

@@meliamarkham do all the laying on all four butt workout. Fire hydrant, donkey kicks, donkey kick circles, straight leg lift and so on.

Love this first part of your workout series =) I appreciate alot the effort you put into this workout and the instructions. Good with so many different exercises to get some varriation. I'm not that much into going to a gym. And in these times it wouldnt be possible. So this is very usefull for me =) Thanks Tess!!!

tried it just now and loved it!!! thank you tesss. got to learn more about correcting my form and still felt the burn even with no equipment (single leg glute bridges are a killer)!!

Love these tips! Specific isolation muscle exercises are my fav like glutes or back. I struggle sooo much with my form and me knees behind my toes that would be a cool idea to add into a vid if you have any tips. You’re so strong too i do like 8 reps and sooo winded but hopefully i can build up to it😅

Hi, I loved that you're coming back with this video. But I'd like you to make a specific video of how to remove hip dips. I'd appreciate it very much

Hip dips are dependant on your hip/bone structure and body fat in that area, you cannot get rid of them. Of course everyone is entitled to want to change their body in whatever way, but please don't feel like you need to get rid of them because it became trendy online. I have them, lots of people do! You can work the gluteus medius muscle, so I will do a video focused on that maybe :)

Could you do a full body workout or leg workout for weight loss? I’m overweight and I already dropped a few lbs by eating a whole food vegan diet, which makes me feel super fit and kinda fresh as well. I do lots of cycling and walking. But I’d love to workout at home, too. A question: should I do workouts like this to keep my muscles? Because I don’t want to lose muscles when losing weight. Or is this for building muscles only? You should absolutely incorporate strength training (like this) into your routine when losing weight. Good luck, you've got this:)

Both cardio and strength training are amazing for losing body fat. Losing weight mainly comes down energy consumption/output (of course doing that in a sustainable manner is important), so there’s no magical exercise (or food) to do so. I will definitely be doing some full body workouts though! And if in doubt speak to a professional 😊

c w I have a few, the orange band is around 10kg resistance i think. The green in 8kg but old so it’s not as tight anymore
