Enjoyed doing this workout today and I hope you have fun trying it out!🙌🏼 (I also filmed a killed no equipment ab/upper body workout coming soon) Remember you can do it timed or with reps and if you don't have equipment, that's okay, try to find something around the house you can use or do it without and really focus on your muscles and squeezing them. Girl your form and strength is incredible i “tumble” and lose my balance and I’m still so out of breath from the little workouts i do but hopefully in a couple months I will get to maybe HALF your abilities 😂 I truly envy people like you that have perfect form! My knees always are turned in words and have a hard time with me knees behind my toes something I’m also working on 😂 Major props to you for getting so strong! I’m a little less than 6 months in and wondering when i will be a little more advanced 😂😂😩 definitely doing this today and building my stamina up too is incredibly hard to do!!

Just started exercise and I think this will help in toning my lower part. I’ve lost at least 20 lbs and body skin’s too loose now. Thank you!

just doing this today and uses my resistance band with 20-45 pound weights and my booty is on fire !!!! amazing at home booty workout that's worth it !🖤🥺

Will try this! Single led RDLs are tricky though, cant seem to balance for long enough

They are and i used to struggle with them but practice and you’ll get it! They’re my fave exercise! 😊

Looking forward to try this workout later today. These workouts you do give me inspiraton and variation. Nice with some new exercises I haven't tried before. Thanks for making these! Looking forwad to the next one =) I don't have a kettlebell. But I can use a dumbell and a disc that has handles as a replacement =) Do you do any warmup before workouts and do you have any stretching routines after workouts?

Yes I do warm ups and cool downs :) I will film it in a future video! Haven't been doing them much during my home workouts though but always at the gym aha

@@TessBegg Looking forward to the video =) I do some stretching excerises afterwards. The muscles feel less sore doing so =) It will be interesting to see what kind of warmups and cool downs you do.

When in routine of training I will do glute focused twice a week and the other days will still throw in some lower body stuff when doing my full body workouts etc😊
