hello i've been doing this for about three months and before i started i had a floppy four pack 😂. now i have a tight six pack. i've been following the workouts that work best for me and making them two minutes instead of thirty seconds. Thank you so much i am much more happy and confident.

Everyday I do this workout. Usually I look for men workouts they tend to be more intense than many indicated for women. I got already my upper abs shredded now all is missing are the lower ones 😂 after pregnancy you won't see them for a looooong time haha. also I love your videos cuz you get straight to the point no boring talks.

You can just do full body 3-4 times a week. Follow the different work outs starting from upper body to legs or vice versa

Recently i just done my 8 workout with repetition of each exercises plus two other exercises using in 45 sec. 1) abdominal crunches 26 2) superman 24 3) reverse crunches 30 4) butt bridge 24 5) bicycle crunches 26 (13 each sides) 6) long arm crunches 30 7) side plank left 45 sec 8) side plank right 45 sec

I do them like 6 days. Because my core isnt used to being constantly workout out before so I need to do that. My day off I do stretches so my abs can be shaped, and I focus on legs and arm workouts.
