Love your videos. I can choose to do one, or two or more if I have the time. This one is a must I had a C section 16 years ago and gave birth only 18 months after that. I though my lower abs were a lost cause but they're getting strong again!

Oh my gosh! I can’t believe I was able to finish this successfully. Had to keep my head down during the second diamond part, but that’s okay! I’m so proud of myself for completing this challenge.

I moved to your intermediate 30 min sessions...thanks soooooo much...i can sit up from lying back ...this is so new to me. Is this ok for sensitive kneE?

Great workout! I was able to complete it by keeping my knees bent a little due to tight hamstrings and keeping my hands behind my head because my neck bothers me when I don’t support it when doing crunches. Thank you Jessica!

hello thank you so much for this video and all the work you do... great teachng method... so I have a question when you say neutral back .. so your back doesn't arch in these floor exercises how you make sure you are in the right position..? should my back be flat in the mat?

Same, since ive had my son a 18 months ago, my fitness has gone down heel. Its very hard to get back into where i was, its been 5 months now that ive been working out. At times i struggle but i keep my focus on why im doing what im doing. Thank you for this video.

I recently hurt my back from sitting? Im pretty active, but in any event, lost complete ab control, strength and flexibility from the injury. Starting slow again with this and basic bridges.

For years I had a job where I walked all day but the past 2 years i have a new office job where I sit all day. I'm not overweight but I still have my belly from having kids even though my kids are a little older. Im 41 and i just want to be toned and healthy. I've been working out at home for 2 months but I see no progress . I still have that loose lower belly from pregnancy and I am just wondering if I can even get that lower belly toned. I dont want an 8 pack or anything, but does my age make it harder to reach my goals. Love your instructions. I just found you and you are amazing! Please help

Same! I have the little belly roll from 4 pregnancies. Colon cleanses and getting off dairy have helped as well as walking.
