Please consider making a lower abdomen workout series like this workout. This particular workout has helped my mommie belly so much. Just wish you had more like this one. That focus only on lower abdominal wall. Thanks in advance.

Cannot do the leg lowers at all without my lower back lifting off the mat I need to work on that a lot! fab workout!

Yess keep practicing lovely, only go as low as you can, work on that first. It doesn’t matter if you don’t go all the way xxx

Thank you. What would you think about doing this with the hips elevated (e.g., on a block or a ball)? I'm wondering if that would help strengthen the lower abs while also discouraging them from taking a more rounded shape.

Hey lovely, Yes that could defiantly be an option, try it out and see what feels better and you. If it helps you engage and focus on your core more without flaring your ribs or arching your back. Keep me posted on how you go.
