I really like how there’s no talking during the exercises. It was very zen. For someone like me who often has to manage tension during exercise, that peace and quiet meant a lot!

OH MY GOODNESS, my abs were burning, I was about to quit 3 minutes in but I told myself to keep going and realized that it wasn't one of those routines where you perform 5 exercises and then repeat for 2 or 3 rounds....I am GLAD I kept going because it was a no-repeat which I LIVE FOR! I have tried other exercise channels, but I always come back here (2 months after the calendars, I already see definition in the abdomen and a lot of resistance). The only channel that encourages me to follow because here you feel pain in the muscles and not in the joints. Thank you for everything and I will not exchange your channel for any 😂

Love this workout! I have been doing it for the better part of 2 weeks, and have already seen the most changes in my problem areas (lower stomach and flanks) than I have ever seen with any other ab workout!
