Il y a 2 exercices que je ne pourrais pas faire, mais j'ai hâte de commencer ton programme abdos. (Les deux exercices que je ne peux pas faire sont ceux qui consistent à s'allonger et se relever. Je n'y arrive tout simplement pas et c'est pas faute d'essayer)

Hey, it all depends on your stats, everyone is different. Your fitness level, height, weight etc… best to get a HR monitor and put your details in for accurate data.😁

@ I have been loving your workout so much! I started out using only a 10 pound kettlebell and now I’m up to using a 20 pound kettlebell for some exercise exercises! For the around the world ones I even use 25. I typically use a 15 pound for the single arm exercises, but I’m telling you my body has severely changed and I feel so snatched. I do your workouts every single day after my cardio!
