Wow what a 10 min workout lol!!!!!!!!! I had to improvise certain exercises using both my arms for support or using straight arms to finish the planks, but I made it through; over time hopefully my arms will be strong enough so I can follow each exercise exactly …. Wow Wow Wow lol!!!!

I'm really having a hard time with the size exercise bringing our bent knee to the straightened leg...someone please tell me they are also having trouble! I think I'm doing it right but I keep slipping and I cannot balance to save my life!
