I am a classical Indian dancer, and I dance 3 hours a day in hot weather. It is very intense and I sweat a lot ! While I am very slender, I felt like my stomach had very little definition and tone. I also have a bit of belly fat. I started doing this workout about 5 weeks ago. It was my first time ever doing Pilates. I have since noticed HUGE changes … my mid section is harder, smaller much more toned … I feel a lot stronger and my dancing has also improved a lot. I do this workout every morning before going to my dance studio. I take Sundays off. I am so thrilled to see my body transforming … I feel I am on my way to achieving my dream body ! Big thanks to you Lottie ! Because of pilates, now fitness has become a passion of mine aside from dance !

This has been the first time I have been able to work out in a healthy way (that is, not obsessing about how I look but exercising to be healthy regardless of appearance) in about two years. I'm recovering from an eating/exercise problem, and this was perfect. It was not easy but not too hard either. I appreciate you not making comments about how this will make your body look (saying that doing this will make you look sexy or get killer abs or something like that) only saying how you will feel! Thanks!!

I went through the same thing a few years ago, hope you're doing better. I struggled with anorexia and bulimia for years. I'm 33 years old now and find that slow and controlled movements and instruction like Lottie's is what my body needs. Focusing on how you feel rather than look, is much more important in my experience❤.

I don’t usually leave comments, but I have to say this is by far my most favorite and most done workout on this channel. I love how it’s intense without being out-of-breath-near-heart-attack-intense, like many other intense workouts. The morning after I always feel a little sore, like I’ve done it for the first time, but it’s really my 20th lol and I always feel just a bit more badass after doing it. These types of ultimate, strong, intense Pilates are my favorite and it just goes to show you don’t need to bounce around like crazy to really get a really good workout in. More like this would be lovely!

Perfect combination of safe stretches and strength. I love that Pilates offers more safety then yoga and that you don’t incorporate many yoga moves like other teachers do but stay more true to the original Pilates, stability and mobility. Something like this was really missing on youtube.

This is the first class of yours that I did, and it was nearly impossible for me at the time. I was recovering from a chronic hamstring injury, and because we were all dealing with the early stages of the pandemic I couldn't see a doctor about my issues. I diligently followed your other routines, loved the Advent/24 days of pilates challenges, and eventually was thrilled to be able to join your online studio. Here we are, over two years later and this class still holds a special place in my heart. I'm happy to say that my chronic issue is (mostly) resolved, thanks in large part to your excellent classes, both here and in your online studio (fellow viewers, if you're on the fence and can afford it, sign up for the year - worth every single penny). I am also happy to say that it is no longer nearly impossible. That's not to say it isn't still a tough class, but I've become so much more capable and strong. Thank you, dear Lottie. I doubt you'll ever really know how much your youtube channel helped me during that tumultuous time, both physically and mentally. And to anyone out there who's still struggling with their fitness, just keep going. xoxo

It has been such a struggle to find the right workouts for me. I have always loved fitness, but then I started having back issues and I couldn’t perform the same fitness I was used to. I do lots of sports, but I used to have lots of severe body image issues as I had a very unhealthy relationship with food. I spent the past 2 years trying to lose weight but nothing seemed to be working. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I noticed my fat slowly started to turn into lean muscle, and this along with healing my relationship with food and doing 15 minutes on the elliptical along with this routine daily changed my life! before I was 67 kgs (and 5'4)- I am now around 53 kgs(and 5'5). 4 more to go!

I definitely got myself worked up before doing this thinking it would be painful and unpleasant but was really surprised at how much I enjoyed the routine and feel SO good now I’ve done it. I am a big fan of your classes, I find you very clear and precise when guiding the exercises. I always do more than one class, as they are very short. Great workout! Loving your videos. I recently decided to step away from high weighted and HIIT workouts, because I feel like my body is bulking up and not losing any fat. With some alterations to my diet (but not to much) I feel my body is toning up. Your workouts really help, I really like how you explain everything and take the time, awesome!!

I am loving this workout! I am on the fourth day doing this workout in a row and it's great. Currently in lockdown in my city so I am unable to attend classes, this is the next best thing. I love Lottie's energy, you get this sense she is down to earth and quite the humorous lady, which is the best! It's good to have a bit of a laugh when doing something strenuous.
