10 minutes but so effective sweet Hannah, loved it, loved that you managed to give a full body workout besides the core, for instance the leg moon circles got besides my abs my legs shaking, the side planks not only obliques but arms shoulders felt it, oh and the reverse plank which I so much enjoy was the perfect harmstring workout,, love your creativity my dear Hannah, love you❤️❤️
