Its the first workout of the fresh start series!
Today we will be doing a quick 10 minute cardio abs workout. This workout is fast and to the point. We have no walking breaks between exercises; we just go from one to the next.
Take your time and take it at your own pace
This is the first workout of the FRESH START SERIES! The rest can be found either on our website (growwithjo.com) or in the growwithjo app.
Here is the schedule
Monday (8): 10 min quick core
Tuesday (9): 12 min tabata cardio
Wednesday (10): slow Pilates stretch & recovery
Thursday (11): 15 min upper body build
Monday (15): 20 min dance cardio
Tuesday (16): 20 min lower body build
Wednesday (17): slow stretch & Pilates
Thursday (18): 30 min body weight arm tone up
Monday (22): 35 min leg cardio
Tuesday (23): 25 min full body strength
Wednesday (24): 45 min cardio burn
Thursday (25): slow Pilates stretch & recover

I'm 13, on my period, with the flu, i feel sick, tired, weak, and most of all, unmotivated. I was weak, but the Lord was strong in my weakness, therefore, I will boast in my weakness, knowing it's only God that got me through this workout. I hope He can get you through it too :D

I love these 10 minute videos! I get two 15 minute breaks in my workday and I always spend them doing a 10 minute video. A great way to get up, burn calories, tone. Thanks Jo! ❤

@@cantplaywitmyyoyono problem! I went from working in a factory and walking a lot throughout the day to a computer based work from home job a few months ago. This definitely helps break up the day and get some steps and sweat in!

This workout was perfect since I had such a busy day today, and I love seeing a community of people uplifting each other!! 2024 doesn’t have to be a “new you” as long as it’s who YOU want to be, and I’m trying to be 40 pounds lighter so let’s do it!!!

Just what I needed. I’m a chef, and did a breakfast shift today so my in time was 5:30AM… got home at noon, and somehow got through this work out like a champ! The beat of the music especially helped! Thank you🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Doing your 10/ 15min workouts everyday has made a big difference to my overall happiness and how i feel about my body. I can fit these in, still go about our busy lives but have a bit of time to move my body in different fun ways with you. ❤ honestly love these so much!!

Even when I REALLY don’t want to work out, I do this non-stop 10 minutes and I feel so good. Thank you for creating these fun bite-sized workouts for us. They really get me moving, even if only 10 minutes. You can do this one on your laziest days and feel💯

I ❤❤❤ these short workouts! When I do t want to do a strenuous workout these come in handy and has been a plus in helping me to better manage my blood sugar levels to avoid becoming a diabetic along with eating better! 🙂

My daughter (38) and I (67) both love growwithjo workouts. I do the shorter standing workouts (10-15 minutes) for a pick me up in the afternoons. They boost my mood and give me great energy! I never get bored with Jo and she helps me stay in shape too…😍👍🏽

I'd just like to come on here and say I've only been doing these workouts for about 2 weeks with two days off each week. My waist was 38 inches when i started, and my goal is to get my waist down to about 28 inches. I just measured this morning, and I've lost 4 INCHES. i was blown away 😭 so thanks Jo, I'm gonna keep going ✊🏽❤️

Holy moly!!!!!! I did this workout after one of your 30 minute workouts and boy was that a mistake (in a good way) got my sweat ON! no breaks was challenging, but I got through it after taking a 10 minute water break after my last workout. Week 2 of working out consistently this year. So proud of myself.

I am just starting again on my health journey. Lots of weight gained after my second was born (hormones? Age? Bad habits? I don't know). This workout gives me hope that I can do it again. Thanks Jo. Started the membership and completed this 10m workout with a bum knee. The weight from my last pregnancy from 185 to 228 is really bearing on my joints. But as long as i keep moving and i have the motivation of this group I am positive I will achieve results🎉

I love that this is 10 minutes and the moves are simple. And best of all, you don't need a lot of free space to do it which works for me since I live in cramped apt.

I have never clicked on a video of yours and not like it! ❤ This video is perfect it's not time consuming especially for a single mom. You feel the burn and work up a sweat frfr. I injured my ankle last week. The dr told me to stay off my feet for 3 days and to take it easy when I start walking again. I just did this workout by sitting in a chair and it was sooooo challenging! thank you Jo!!!!!!! Even with an ankle injury I can still have a FRESH START!!!!!!

Don’t let the time of the workout fool ya! Quick usually means a bit more energy spending but this one had a perfect output. Not too intense & not too easy. I did this after a 20minute kundalini yoga workout & that gives me the energy boost to go at it as best I can for the workout & for my best that day! Thank you Jo! 💜

This 10 min video almost took me out but I hung in there.... lol. ... I was hanging with u Jo and then I started slowing down my movements but I kept going ... I'm going to keep doing this one until I build up my momentum.... Boy was I sweating at the end and could feel it as I was working out.... I needed this to start my day

Thank you for the push to do core work. It was an even, proportioned workout. Plus, I didn't have cause any injury to my aching left knee . Keep up the good work!!🎉🎉
