I like how she doesn't talk during the videos, she just gets on with it and makes it easy to follow along It's the worst when people won't shut up while your trying to follow along and get into the workout Easy, clean, engaging and to the point Nice work!

I think the same thing. Every time I see another video where there is too much talking. I can see what she is doing - why say anything else? "Now we are doing this. Now that." Sorry, I'm not blind. 😀

I've been doing this every day because my mid back hurts from sitting in a chair all day. It has really helped imbalances I have and I feel like I'll be able to start lifting soon without worrying about injury 👍

Julia, you have no idea how much you are helping us girl. Damn I have been suffering from low back pain for over 5 years now. You came as a recommendation from my Chiro and I'm so glad he did. @@julia.reppel I really enjoy a good full body mobility. I love the bretzel stretch. Any hip mobility move. I am currently working on my splits stretches every other night. So anything to help that would be amazing. My goal is to be able to do the splits by my birthday which is in sept.

Das Video ist speziell für die Brustwirbelsäule ☺️. Kann gern einen Teil 2 machen! Muskeln selbst lassen sich nicht mobilisieren, nur dehnen 🙏🏼. Sie verlaufen immer über mind. 1 Gelenk. Also bau ggf. noch ein paar Stretches ein 😎🔥.

Excellent flow and i integrated 3 of them as "pauses" in my patchworky mess of a morning Yoga/stretch/activating/HIIT routine (like making childs pose + cat +Cobra to tidal waves feels just better for me) Tom Morrison approves. (i reckon^^)

I have specific warm up routines (a whole playlist). 😇 You could still use this yes as it‘s only 10 mins. However, the mobility routines are usually more deep tissue work and in combination with stretching these could potentially decrease your performance if done before the workout. 🙏🏼

generell: wenn sich dein Training auf das Gelenk bezieht (zB Schultertraining, OK, Olympic Lifting, kipping movements aus dem CrossFit), dann Mobility immer davor ☺️ du willst ja quasi die erarbeitete Mobility nutzen! Ich würde aber max. 10-15 min. empfehlen, alles darüber hinaus kann zT die Trainingsleistung negativ beeinflussen. Ansonsten eignen sich die Routinen auch an trainingsfreien Tagen, oder als Morgen- oder Abendroutine! ☺️

Hallo Julia, ja mit der Steckdose im Hintergrund und dem deutschen Namen und nichts sagen, kann man davon ausgehen, dass du Deutsche bist. Ich bin seit 24 Jahren im asiatischen Ausland. Lerne fleissig Englisch, dann kannst du die Videos auch muendlich moderieren. Ansonsten tolle Videos die ich in meinem Alter gebrauchen kann.
