If i can give a sugestion. Why don't you create a paylist from the easiest workouts to the dificult ones? I'm trying to do some but i dont have preparation or can't do the exercise. I'm out of shape and want to start but don't know which workout to choose. I don't want to die from a heart attack 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Any way great job from you.
